Greg Dalli has been working in the tech industry for the last 7 years. Greg started his career at AdRoll where he worked in a variety of roles, most notably building out the Business Intelligence and Analytics function. After helping AdRoll scale from $4M - $200M, he started his own operations and analytics consulting company in 2015, Clarus Designs, which now has over 100 employees globally. Clarus Designs helps companies of all sizes; ranging from less than 50 EEs and $1M in revenue to some of the largest tech companies.
Most recently Greg served as the VP of Operations at the logistics company KeepTruckin', where he helped grow his team from 50 to 200 people globally and helped the company more than double in revenue.
Greg’s key strategy for hiring and building out teams is to "hire smart people and get out of their way"; most of his time is spent hiring, developing and coaching his employees.
Rachel Haley has worked in the finance and tech industry for the past 10 years. Rachel started her career at Hall Capital Partners in the portfolio management group, focusing on portfolio management, market analysis and financial modeling.
After Hall Capital, Rachel moved to Salesforce to work in the finance and strategy department. In 2015, she Co-Founded Clarus Designs, which now has over 100 employees globally.
Most recently, Rachel worked as the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Strategy at Snowflake, where she helped the company grow from 300 people to over 2,000 and more than 10X-ing in annual revenue.
Rachel’s core focus is flawless execution; “I’d rather have a sub-optimal strategy with flawless execution as opposed to constantly shifting strategy to fit a particular box.”
Angela joined Clarus as a Co-Founder, initially leading the build out, train and scale the Clarus Outsource team which is responsible for lead generation and database maintenance and now has over 50 members today.
Once the Outsource team was built up, she took a larger role in Consulting Services, and she now handles sales for both the Consulting and Outsourcing businesses, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of both.
